By applying, creating an account, or paying for membership you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Member Agreement & Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Five Aligned is a paid peer community that matches members into pods of approximately five founders for weekly structured calls, chat, and mutual accountability. It is a facilitator of peer discussion — not a professional services firm. Nothing in the service is financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional business advice.
You must be 18 or older. Membership is by application, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion. You agree that your application answers (including revenue range) are truthful; material misrepresentation is grounds for removal.
Membership is billed monthly in advance ($49/month, or promotional founding rates where offered) via Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial months.
Pods depend on attendance. Missing three consecutive scheduled calls without advance notice may open your seat for reassignment, with re-placement offered in a future pod. Pod composition, backfills, and quarterly re-matching are decided by Five Aligned using the information members provide.
You agree not to: record pod calls; share other members' confidential information; solicit or pitch members without invitation; harass anyone; use the service unlawfully; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; or misrepresent your identity.
You own what you share. You grant us a limited license to host and transmit it solely to operate the service. Private pod content is never used in marketing without your separate written consent.
The Five Aligned brand, site, call formats, matching methodology, and platform are ours. Membership grants personal use only.
We may suspend or terminate membership for breach of this Agreement, proportionate to the breach. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we terminate without cause.
Conversations between members are personal experience and opinion only — not professional advice. We do not verify or endorse member statements, and we do not warrant any business outcome. The service is provided "as is."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Material changes to these Terms will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect.

Pods only work if five people can say real numbers out loud, admit real problems, and trust that it stays in the room. Every clause below protects that.
Everything shared inside your pod that isn't public is confidential: revenue and financials, strategies, supplier and vendor identities, customer information, and personal disclosures. You will not share it outside your pod without the owner's consent. You may share your own information freely, and you may discuss lessons in unidentifiable general terms ("a founder in my pod"). This obligation survives leaving your pod and leaving Five Aligned.
Pod calls may not be recorded or transcribed by third-party tools without the advance consent of every attending member. Personal notes are fine.
The weekly call is the product. You commit to attending, arriving on time, and giving notice in pod chat when you genuinely can't make it. Three consecutive missed calls without notice opens your seat — this protects the four people who showed up. Each call ends with one concrete commitment for the week; the standing test is "would shipping this actually move your numbers?"
Don't sell to pod members unless they ask. Don't recruit members for other paid programs. Don't solicit members' employees or clients. Organic collaboration and referrals that members initiate freely are welcome — the line is unsolicited selling.
Honest: real numbers, real problems. Direct but respectful: challenge ideas, never people. Generous: answer when a podmate asks. No spam, no shilling, no MLM recruitment, no harassment or discrimination.
Matching and pod trust rest on the information you provide. Materially misrepresenting your revenue, business, or identity is grounds for re-matching or removal. Honest changes are not misrepresentation — if your revenue moves out of your bracket, tell us and we'll re-place you at the next cycle. Brackets move both ways, without shame.
Everything said in pods is peer opinion from personal experience — not financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
Proportionate response: reminder → warning → pod removal → termination. Confidentiality breaches and deliberate misrepresentation may skip straight to termination. We'll hear your side before permanent decisions. Reports are handled discreetly: team@fivealigned.com.
